- 8 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil until well combined.
