Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a muffin tin lightly with olive oil. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming small bowls. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the wonton cups for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
