Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin lightly with olive oil. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, forming small bowls. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake the wonton cups for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly into each baked wonton cup.
  6. Place the filled wonton cups back into the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the filling is warm and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
