Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of softened butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread a tablespoon of pesto on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread.
