Instructions
- Prepare the Green Tree Center: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix one box of white cake mix, water, oil, eggs, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring until smooth and vibrant green. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Cut the Tree Shapes: Once the green cake is cooled, use a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes. Set aside.
- Prepare the Bundt Cake Batter: In a bowl, mix the second box of white cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth. Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.

Place the green tree shapes upright around the center of the Bundt pan, ensuring they stand close together. Carefully pour the remaining Bundt cake batter over the green trees, covering them completely.
