Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (approx. 8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 24 equal squares. Place each square into a muffin cup, gently pressing the pastry to form a cup shape.
  3. Cut the brie into 24 small cubes and place one cube into each puff pastry cup.
  4. Add about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie in each cup.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce for added texture and flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh rosemary, if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
